A clear 15% agreement
Our proposed partner model pays 15% of rental revenue excluding VAT, refunds and chargebacks, before payment-processing fees. Payout dates and reporting are agreed in your venue contract.

Buying a machine does not automatically include a live rental platform or payment account.

Do I have to buy a station to become a venue partner?
No. The hosted partnership route is designed for approved venues that want a placement without purchasing the machine. We agree the full terms, responsibilities and any site-specific costs before installation.
Can I choose what appears on the screen?
Yes. Venue partners can choose their advertising, subject to screen format, scheduling and lawful content requirements. Screen-equipped hardware is required.
What do customers pay to rent a power bank?
Rental tariffs, charging periods, deposits and lost-bank charges are confirmed before launch and must be clearly shown to customers before payment. There is no live consumer rental service on this website.
What happens if I buy a machine?
Your quotation sets out the hardware, included banks, delivery, setup, warranty and any recurring platform, payment or connectivity fees. Your own machine's revenue and operating arrangement are confirmed separately; the hosted venue's 15% model does not automatically apply.
How soon can a machine arrive?
Lead times depend on model, customisation, supplier stock and shipping. We'll confirm an estimated delivery window in your quotation rather than promise an unverified date.
